I had a great time learning the Tocino Chao Fan and Ulam Burger Fajitas recipes at SM Master Chefs 2011 cooking marathon. The procedure on how to prepare the two recipes are simple but flavorful. The recipes that were prepared are easy to do and also good to be serve at a party.
The cooking demo was done at the custom-built kitchen of SM Hypermarket Eton Centris. Chef Menoy Gimenez , an instructor at Center for Culinary Arts Manila and Master Chef at C2 Cravings prepared and cooked the two recipes.
The first recipe that he cooked was Tocino Chao Fan. I love tocino, it is a perfect combination with Chao fan . This recipe is truly a yummy recipe.
The second recipe is Ulam burger Fajitas. I so like this recipe and I found it healthy.
