The recipe that I will be sharing for this post came from the SM Master Chefs 2011 Cooking Marathon that I have attended at SM hypermarket Eton , Centris. Chef Menoy Gimenez cooked two recipes which are Tocino Chao Fan and Ulam burger fajitas.
Ulam Burger Fajitas Recipe:
- 2 pcs. Tortilla wrap
- 1 pc. Ulam burger, panfried and cut into strips
- 100g. Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 100g. Tomato salsa
- 50g. Iceburg lettuce, shredded
- 50 ml. garlic mayonaise
Procedure:
- In a large Teflon pan, heat up tortilla wrap until soft. Assemble the rest of the ingredients in the center of tortilla wrap. Fold tortilla wrap like a lumpia and heat again until tortilla wrap turns a bit brown.
- Cut into half and serve with nachos on the side.
Good for two servings.
