Back when I am strict with my diet goal, I usually eat wheat bread instead of rice. I tried several diet plan with different meal combination and I found out that including a wheat bread is so easy to prepare. In my observation, when you are on a diet it is not that easy to poop so picking fiber rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, and wheat bread is good to consider.
