Educational activities at home for active toddlers
As a mom, I have been trying different ways to keep my active toddler busy. My three-year old son is so playful and active that he wants to play most of the times. My DASH weekly weight loss monitoring – Week 2
Week 2 of my DASH diet is not successful. I got sick but it is not because of dieting. A few days ago, I am not feeling well and my voice is hoarse. My throat is painful and I am coughing.
