It’s going to be real! The visualization of home improvement plans started to fall into places. Every weekend hubby and I have an appointment to visit our soon to be new home. The construction is ongoing and as we visit, we are happy to see the progress of the home improvement. It was in week 3 of our home improvement when the concrete slab was built due for drying, and the toilet and bathroom was removed for relocation.
As you can see in the picture above the stairs were built and the concrete slab is dry already. We were able to walk on the stairs and view the second floor. They allow the curing or drying of the concrete slab for two weeks so that means that they will continue working on the flooring with the installation of the granite tiles next week. The setup of the toilet and bathroom were made and the concrete walls for the kitchen are also created. I am so thankful that we were able to speak with our contractor head today. We were able to raise the plans for the second floor two room divisions and the position of the doors and aircon. For the ceiling, we bought polyethylene foam insulation double-sided excellent for preserving and/or resisting heat and cooling energy.
By week 5, we are expecting that the toilet, bathroom will be made together with the kitchen area having walls, and the ceiling board too. Our budget is so tight and I prayed that May God shower us with more blessings so we can finish the part 1 of our home improvement.

gud pm por ask lang po kung ilan months po kayo bgo naaprub sa las palmas? oocash nyo po ito nakuha?
Hi Mrs. Lilvin,
If you submitted with complete requirements, I think it would take 1-2 months yung approval. Depende rin kasi sa processing nila pero mabilis lang yung sa amin. Tapos after two years of paying the equity moved-in na agad :).
