Week 2 of my DASH diet is not successful. I got sick but it is not because of dieting. A few days ago, I am not feeling well and my voice is hoarse. My throat is painful and I am coughing. Yes! My first week of DASH weekly diet is effective. From what I have mentioned last week about my DASH weekly weight loss plan, I really need to shed pounds.
